Information we collect
SocialCloud gathers information directly from you, from your organization, and automatically when you interact with our properties. The mix depends on the services you use, but generally includes:
- Contact information you share with us such as name, work email, company, and role.
- Operational details we request during onboarding including instance configuration choices and launch plans.
- Usage data from sites, dashboards, and preview environments (browser type, device, IP address, and interaction events).
- Communications with SocialCloud teams, including support tickets, chat logs, and meeting notes.
- Limited payment or billing records when pilots move into paid agreements; payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant partners.
